Laura, originally from Verona, Italy, has been passionate about cooking since childhood. Growing up in a close-knit family, she learned the art of cooking from her grandmother and father, starting with making Orecchiette pasta at just five years old. Her culinary journey has spanned over 20 years in professional kitchens, fueled by a deep love for food and a commitment to quality. Laura’s expertise is reflected in every loaf of bread, pastry, and sweet treat we serve at The Guilty Grind. Her dedication to excellence and her unique personal touch elevate every creation, making each bite a true taste of Italy.
