Job Details — Service Advisor
The Service Advisor inspects and evaluates vehicle damage, writes a complete repair plan, and delivers an outstanding customer experience through our communication and quality-control procedures.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure a seamless experience.
- Prepare repair estimates in line with manufacturer guidelines and include Pre & Post Scans.
- Work with technicians during Damage Analysis to document all damage with photos and written notes.
- Provide regular status updates following our communication process.
- Perform final quality-control inspections upon completion of repairs.
- Reconcile the final estimate and collect any remaining payments.
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Follow all Saints Collision Services safety standards and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
- Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency with estimating and parts-ordering software (CCC One, Mitchell Connect, PartsTrader, OpsTrax).
- I-CAR Gold certification.
- Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or technical school certification.
- I-CAR Gold certification.
- 3+ years of collision-repair experience preferred.
