Job Details
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a pleasant customer experience and an efficient front office.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously in person and by phone.
- Manage incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, and written correspondence.
- Maintain and balance AR, AP, and deposit procedures.
- Assist Service Advisors with scheduling, repair orders, and customer communication.
- Prepare paperwork for the final customer packet before vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Follow direct repair program (DRP) guidelines in the front office.
- Send post-repair “Thank You” notes to customers.
- Keep the office clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Dedicated to excellent customer service with empathetic interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Working knowledge of estimating systems preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or technical school.
- I-CAR Gold certification.
- 3+ years of collision repair experience preferred.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Work safely in a noisy environment with various odors.
- Lift up to 20 lbs regularly.
