Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Body Shop Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles before and after repairs, ensuring a high-quality finish for customer satisfaction. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pre-wash vehicles prior to damage analysis.
- Inspect every vehicle to ensure we deliver great quality.
- Vacuum, wipe down, clean windows, and fully wash every vehicle.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Ability to polish, buff, and paint nibbing.
- Help stage and keep vehicles organized throughout the parking lot.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Knowledge of detailing products, techniques, and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Sense of urgency.
- Must have the ability to read and understand a repair estimate.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High school, GED, or technical school.

- Must be able to reach below and above shoulder level.
