The story behind the business centers around the Santos family. Peterson and Michelle Santos have been happily married for 27 years and are the proud parents of two young adults: Giovanni, 24, and Izabella, 21. They also have a 4-year-old Maltipoo doggy, Bentley. The Santos family is passionate about creating lasting memories through travel and shared experiences. Giovanni recently graduated from Tennessee Tech with a degree in Finance, while Izabella is a senior at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, majoring in Marketing.

The Santos family has recently moved to Gallatin, TN, and they are excited to become a part of the vibrant Gallatin community and contribute to its future growth. Giovanni has joined the family business and will be involved in the day-to-day operations, bringing a new generation of energy and commitment to the company.

Peterson Santos is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience in the collision repair industry. His career began as a parts coordinator at ABRA Auto Body and Glass in 2001, and he has since held multiple positions within the company, ultimately serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations, supporting more than 300 locations. Known for his commitment to transparency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, Peterson is dedicated to doing what is right and supporting the development and well-being of his team.

Peterson holds an Executive MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He is fluent in English and Portuguese, with conversational proficiency in Spanish. His passion for giving back to the community is evident through his active involvement in various charitable organizations.
