Pinnacle Family Practice is new to Gallatin, TN but the provider is not she has been a member of this community on and off since 1990's. Crystal Yokley graduated Gallatin High school and then attended Cumberland University for her BSN. After working as an RN for a few years she then moved on to receive her MSN from Western Kentucky University. She has 20 yrs of experience as a nurse and 14 as a Nurse Practitioner.
The purpose of this clinic is to provide excellent health care to the community of Gallatin and surrounding cities/communities. Our office takes Most health insurances and provides Acute illness care, minor surgical procedures, chronic illness care, Physicals ( incl: annuals, well visits, sports/school and DOT) We are open Monday-Friday 8-5. Call for appointments or walk-in. We will be happy to help.
