About Us

A Different Way to Buy & Sell Homes
Homes by Huber is a real estate and auction company powered by simpliHOM. Led by Barry Huber — a licensed realtor and auctioneer — and Cheryl Huber, a licensed realtor on the simpliHOM team, we bring two powerful paths together under one roof: traditional real estate and the speed and transparency of the auction method.

Residents of Gallatin, Barry and Cheryl are blessed to work alongside their sons Jordan and Dalton, plus a number of great people who serve clients across the region. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property quickly at auction, or need an auctioneer for a charity or business event, we're here to help.

We believe an informed client is a confident client. That's why education is central to our mission — helping the public and fellow realtors understand how auctions work and how to make the most of every opportunity.
