My name is Laura and I’m originally from Verona, Italy. ????
I have a wonderful husband, and together, we own and operate La Veneta and The Guilty Grind. I began cooking in my teens, fell in love and turned it into a career by furthering my studies and technical skills. I was raised around a stove by my grandmother and father to which I owe the love of cooking. ??
I have been working in a professional kitchen for over 20 years now, and I wouldn’t change a thing.
