WHAT IS GOODWILL CAREER SOLUTIONS?
Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is changing lives through education, training and employment. Goodwill Career Solutions is the mission arm of Goodwill — helping thousands of Tennesseans each year to find meaningful work and build careers.
Many Career Solutions clients are unemployed, underemployed or face some barrier to employment, such as a disability, a lack of a diploma or a history of incarceration. However, almost all of Goodwill’s numerous programs and services are available to the general public free-of-charge, thanks to the generosity of Goodwill’s shoppers and donors. HOW IT WORKS
Goodwill Career Solutions provides comprehensive support through education, training, and employment services, tailored to assist individuals, including those facing employment barriers. It offers a range of free programs to the public, enabled by the support of generous donors and shoppers. Services include skill-building classes, job placement assistance, and specialized training programs aimed at equipping individuals for meaningful employment opportunities.
