About the Position

Hearing Health Center is seeking a motivated, personable and career minded individual to join our team as a Hearing Instrument Specialist Apprentice.

This is an excellent opportunity to enter a rewarding healthcare career with paid training, hands on experience and significant earning potential as you advance.

You will train alongside experienced Hearing Instrument Specialists and learn all aspects of hearing healthcare, including hearing testing, hearing aid fitting and dispensing, maintenance, troubleshooting, patient care and sales.

Your Earning Potential

Start your career at $18 per hour during your paid apprenticeship and training.

Once licensed, you will transition to a commission based earning opportunity, with our licensed specialists currently averaging $75,000 to $90,000 annually.

This is an opportunity to start with paid training and build toward a rewarding, long term career with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a two year college degree
• Is outgoing and customer service oriented
• Is a quick learner who is eager to develop new skills
• Is comfortable with sales and motivated by performance
• Takes pride in helping people and providing excellent patient care

Previous hearing healthcare experience is not required. We will provide the training you need to learn the profession and work toward licensure.
