We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Operations Specialist to join our team. This role supports all areas of loan operations, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and providing exceptional service to members and internal teams.

What You'll Do: With a dedication to a member centric approach
- Support all facets of loan operations, including processing mortgage, insurance, and tax information.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with banking regulations, including HMDA and the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Handle and process all loan documentation, including imaging, temporary lien filings, and collateral management.
- Answer member and employee inquiries, providing knowledgeable guidance and support.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in consumer and mortgage loans preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
