Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Sales & Production Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for
someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You
will be responsible for assisting customers, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and helping produce high-
quality print orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, quotes, and order placement
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support sales and local marketing initiatives (email campaigns, outreach, promotions)
• Operate printing and finishing equipment (training provided)
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all projects
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales or marketing experience preferred (but not required)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Willingness to learn print production processes
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
