Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Sales & Production Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for
someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You
will be responsible for assisting customers, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and helping produce high-
quality print orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, quotes, and order placement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support sales and local marketing initiatives (email campaigns, outreach, promotions)
- Operate printing and finishing equipment (training provided)
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all projects
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales or marketing experience preferred (but not required)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Willingness to learn print production processes
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
