We are seeking a detail-oriented quick learner who can juggle a plethora of tasks at any given time. Candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced schedule that will oftentimes require early mornings, evenings, and weekend duties as they come up.
Conducting research
Placing orders, buying tickets etc.
Coordinating things for the family
Running errands
Answering phone calls and emails, responding to correspondence, and taking messages
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and setting reminders
Planning travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Drafting correspondence, such as emails, cards, and letters
Ideal candidate will also act as an executive assistant, helping with a variety of professional tasks.
