We are seeking a detail-oriented quick learner who can juggle a plethora of tasks at any given time. Candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced schedule that will oftentimes require early mornings, evenings, and weekend duties as they come up. 

 
  • Conducting research   
  • Placing orders, buying tickets etc.
  • Coordinating things for the family
  • Running errands
  • Answering phone calls and emails, responding to correspondence, and taking messages 
     
     
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and setting reminders 
     
     
  • Planning travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation 
  •  Drafting correspondence, such as emails, cards, and letters  
 
Ideal candidate will also act as an executive assistant, helping with a variety of professional tasks.
