Sumner County CASA- State of the Child

State of the Child: Supporting Minds, Strengthening Families brings together leaders from the court, schools, mental health, and child welfare systems to discuss the state of juvenile mental health in Sumner County. Panelists will explore how trauma impacts children and families and why coordinated, community-based responses are critical. As the only program appointed by the court to advocate solely for a child’s best interest, Sumner County CASA works alongside these systems to ensure children’s voices are heard and their mental health needs are recognized throughout their journey to safety and permanency. This event highlights the shared responsibility we all have in supporting children’s well-being and strengthening the families who care for them.
