2nd Annual Adoption Celebration

Sumner County Circuit Court and Harmony Family Center to Host Second Annual National Adoption Month Celebration on November 20, 2026

GALLATIN, Tenn. (November 20, 2026) – Sumner County Circuit Court and Harmony Family Center will proudly cohost the Second Annual National Adoption Month Celebration on Friday, November 20, 2026, at the Sumner County Circuit Court, located at 155 E. Main Street, Gallatin, TN 37066.

The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will bring together adoptive families, child welfare professionals, community partners, and supporters to recognize the life-changing impact of adoption and celebrate families formed through the adoption process.

As part of the day's activities, a special presentation will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., highlighting the importance of permanency for children, recognizing adoptive families, and honoring the collaborative efforts of agencies, courts, and community organizations that help create safe, loving homes for children.

National Adoption Month is observed each November to raise awareness about the need for permanent families for children and youth in foster care while celebrating the families who open their hearts and homes through adoption.
