DESCRIPTION:This March\, Meta's Gallatin Data Center will launch its second cohort of Hardhat in Hand\, a hands-on workforce development program that provides a path to reliable\, well-paid job opportunities in the construction industry. The program\, held in partnership with DPR Construction\, is designed for ages 18+ and offers:\n\n	Paid\, 8-week skilled trade work-based training and job shadowing at the data center construction site\;\n	Classroom instruction\, including blueprint reading\, construction math\, site safety\, employability skills\, and industry-recognized credentials\;\n	Job opportunities in carpentry\, concrete\, craft labor\, drywall\, electrical\, pipefitting and more.\n\nRecruitment begins at 8:00 a.m. on February 15 at the American Job Center with a breakfast for partners supporting education\, social services\, and workforce development in our region. The event will feature comprehensive information on program eligibility\, curriculum and job pathways\, as well as a panel discussion featuring past participants\, Gallatin Data Center Trade Partners\, and Volunteer State Community College.
